RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

You can return your items within 30 days of the original purchase date for exchange only.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of the item being delivered to be eligible for a replacement.

If you would like to request for an exchange, please send us an email at sunglasssnob@gmail.com. Make sure to include your order number and item you would like to exchange for in your email. Mail your item to:

There are certain situations where exchanges are not granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are a final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
